A quick video showing how What3Words could have prevented the GPS problem I experienced and created a better outcome for the driver and rider. Uber and Lyft should incorporate this technology in their apps and promote its use.

what3words is a simple way to talk about location. W3W divided the world into a grid of 3m x 3m squares and assigned each one a unique 3 word address. Anyone can accurately find and share any location quickly and easily with less ambiguity than any other system.

The service can be used with the free mobile app or online map. It can also be built into any other app, platform or website, with just a few lines of code.

That's brilliant. I recall hearing about this system of global address a few years back, but was unaware that iOS and android apps have been created.

What car are you driving now? Interior is different

If it shows where you are, GPS might not show you how to get TO that location. I had a friend that lived in a subdivision. For several years after it was built, GPS showed no roads, no homes, nothing but a open field. Using that he could have showed his location, but without all the data to lead in to his location it would not have helped.

I don't drive uber and I mostly just catch a ride from a friend or something but I love watching your videos and appreciate the advice/information you provide. I find the content you release to be very entertaining as well as informal and wish you the best with uber and YouTube, thanks for the great content! I do have one question however, what car are you currently driving? I love the interior!

Smart man! Good info as always, if Uber and Lyft care about the customer's experience then they would do well to implement this new technology.

Just take your cancellation fee, and fuck em.

You uber drivers take way to much nonsense from fares. Circle once or twice, if they don't flag you down, move on to the next fare. Way too over complicated with app this, app that, gps coordinates, ios, android......a flag down with a hand is SO much simpler.

IF THE CUSTOMER HAD USED THE WHAT THREE WORDS APP, SHE WOULD HAVE SAID"GO FUCK OFF" HAHAH AM KIDDING P MAN...LOL

Ideas To Life

People don’t care, they want app and driver to figure out where they are, 99% of time they select “use my location” they request ride from their hotel room then walk toward lobby. I find Lyft gps location beacon very helpful in many cases

How many cars do you have now? Which is your favorite for uber? Also, what’s you’re biggest money maker?
