I'm an 8th grader and I just love engineering. Ever since I was a little kid engineering was my favorite concept. I'm a lover of Electrical Engineering! Please wish me luck!

So to clarify, I will NOT be able to use the TI-nSpire? It is NOT the CAS.

Servin Cisneros

How can you dull down some of the calculus material to not freak out

I am going to be joining the marine reserves In feburary and my job will be combat engineer. Will this help me become a mechanical engineer in the future?

Great video, thank you

So I really wanna go to engineering school, I've been out of school for awhile, my math and physics aren't that great probably supper rusty at this point. But I really wanna do it. do you have any suggestions that can help me be prepared before going applying?

Dr. Upper90

How do I buy the course books when I don't even know what my professor wants?

How do I get the free ebooks?

FIU Engineering school starting in the fall I’m excited, thanks for the videos!

I am currently attending a community college working on my first two years of engineering, I noticed you attend close by (i am in VA). I am doing some hw on which 4 year to attend. GMU is closest to me , but considering your expertise in this area... do you have any recommendations?

RedRider2001

Things sure have changed . The only engineering calculator to have when I was in school was by HP. TI was for high schooler and Casio was complete shit.

aricente

At times,im salty that im in community college near my home so im living at home commuting to school and back home but at times i suppose its nice having cheap tuition and not having to worry about out of state fees, dorm fees ect.

Les Boom

In my second semester of Aerospace engineering, kinda wish I saw this when I started! This helped now I’m ready to kill it this semester

KingPetra

This might work for Civil Engineering or for Industrial Engineering but Electrical and Chemical Engineering are a whole different ball game. Mechanical Engineering is in between. Socializing may or may not help. Don't expect to network your way through. It is not clear that the same academic demands are being made on Engineering students now that were being made thirty years ago. Having said that many of the freshman and even sophomore courses are common for all the branches. A strong background in the natural sciences which includes mathematics is essential. This especially true for chemistry and physics, not so much biology. It helps to have some calculus. Look for "how to" courses such as drafting and basic computer programming skills that might be taken in high school. These kinds of courses are required but very few credit hours are given for them toward graduation. High school physics usually is usually not adequate for a college engineering major. But so few people take u

Sankalp Arora

Sir, I want the eBook of yours. Please send me that

Jean Carlos Rosario

I'm about to start Electrical Engineer or Computer Engineer. Now, the bad thing is that I am so bad with solving real world problems. I am a beast when it comes to equations, but I suck at world problems. xD Do you think this is a problem I could fix later on without noticing? Good video by the way.

Ender Blaze

u look like logic

So I just found your channel about an hour ago and have been binge watching through your vids I'm due to start college in January and I just wanna say thank you for these vids I've really learned ALOT of what to expect how I should go about certain aspects and things I was sort of lost on everything tbh till I found your vids so seriously I truly thank you for taking the time to do what you do.

Dave Yen

I just finished BS in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley and I can tell you that these tips are top notch. I endorse these suggestions for any engineering student.

Hey I was wondering what “1% engineer means ?”

XXCVI

I'm an architecture student who is incurably creative, (I've had some level of success in the arts) but with an increasing interest engineering. I am a natural when it comes to drafting, spacial thinking, and geometry. I get it, engineering is hard. What I don't get is why does it have to be one thing or the other. If only I had a dollar for every time I heard someone say "right brain this and that" or "left brain this and that"... Do I really have to choose between being "smart" and "creative"? Seems like there's a massive divide between the two, but I want to do both. Why does that seem impossible?

To be clear, I live with my parents and I have a part time job, so time and money is not an issue for me at the moment. Lucky me.

Perhaps you have some advice for me?

Ernest Annable

Nice video!

I will start my first year in august, when (like about what year) and how can I get an intership? (excuse my english btw😂)
