In this video, I'm going to talk about sales outsourcing - specifically what part of your sales process, you might consider outsourcing to someone else.

This is a question I get a lot, and it all depends on your company's maturity. If you're a brand new startup, that hasn't made sales, of course, you shouldn't outsource sales, but get on the phone and pitch it.
