PRECONDITIONS FOR PROPERTY REGISTRATION

1. Application for transfer of property alongwith copy of allotment

letter, possession certificate, photographs etc

2. Ensure that all dues/arrers have been cleared.

PROPERTY REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Estimate the value of property.

2. Compare circle rate/collector rate with actual price.

For paying stamp duy, higher of the above two values

3. Buy non-judicial stamp papers

4. Deed Preparation on stamp papers

5. Approach Sub-Registrar Office to get deed registered

with two witnesses and other necessary documents.

6. Collect Sale deed (certified by Authority)

7. Submit the same to the Estate Officer for updation of their record

8. Apply for new re-allotment letter.

9. Collect new re-allotment letter.

Respected sir I was alloted a Huda plot, now I am going to sell the plot ....conveyance deed is on my name(allottee)....nw dealer is saying first we will make a agreement for token amount in which rates r mentioned & the token amount given, then he will take the permission for transfer permission from Huda & then get the property registered in registrar office & pay the remaining amount on da day of registry through check.... kindly guide me whether this is the correct process or not

Dear Sir,

My father purchased a shop of 200 sq ft in the year 1995. We have the ownership of the shop as well as tax submission documents. However, he could not register in these years due to financial constraints. Now if we (my father) want to register now(where the builder's signature will be required), our lawyer says that the builder can file a case to the court demanding to buy the same property from us at a reduced price (not the market value) and the court will give judgement in his favour. So she is advising to do mutation first. Is her suggestion right..looking forward to your kind and esteemed suggestions..best regards. #LegalGurukul

Now my question is, i did all these formalities to get my plot registered on my mother's name, I will get the document within 1 week. Now some of my relatives asking me to mention nominee names in the document. But I did not do anything about that so just wanted to confirm who will be the owner of plot after my mother.
