dont you lose nutrients by boiling it? also, i bought some organic ones at costco and the instructions never say to boil it. they say put in a baking sheet, add oil, parmagane cheese and put in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

steaming retains more nutrients, as do the stalks. there is evidence that oil is damaging to the body and for these reasons i would not use this method. thank you however, because eating broccoli is better than not eating it.
