Buying Used Cisco Network Equipment Makes Sense

October 26, 2009 Filed Under: Computer & Electronics

For many people, buying something new makes little or no sense if they can get that same thing in a refurbished model at a far cheaper price. Used cisco routers are no different and work just as well as a brand new router as they’ve been over with a fine tooth comb and with a warranty of generally a year – this type of purchase can absolutely save you money.

If you’re just starting out and have a tight budget, it makes sense to purchase refurbished network equipment, which can include anything from routers, switches, security devices and a wide range of other accessories. Outfitting your network with new equipment can run into thousands of dollars – so why not consider using used, refurbished or pre-owned equipment.
